Adam has been a certified yoga teacher since 2009, studying with Himalayan yoga master and creator of Sattva Yoga, Anand Mehrotra. He regularly leads free morning yoga and breathwork classes on the beach in Santa Monica to combine the power of ocean energy with the joy of practicing in community.
